Welcome to GameXPro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of our website, servers, community spaces, store and donations (together, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
Who can use GameXPro
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services (and old enough to meet the terms of any third-party platform we use, such as Discord). If you’re under the age of majority where you live, use the Services only with a parent or guardian’s involvement.
Community conduct
GameXPro is built by players, for players — keep it that way. When using our servers, Discord and community spaces, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect — no harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination.
- Play fair — no cheating, hacking, exploiting or disrupting our servers or other players.
- Follow our community and Discord rules, and the rules of any game you’re playing with us.
- Not use the Services for anything illegal.
We may remove content or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules or harms the community.
No pay-to-win — ever
Purchases and donations never buy gameplay advantages. Our store sells merchandise, and donations support the community — neither gives you power, wins or an edge over other players. In-game perks are cosmetic and/or earned through time and participation, never bought. This is a core promise of our community.
The store & purchases
We offer merchandise and digital items through our store. Prices and availability may change. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors — we never see or store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or listed in error), in which case we won’t charge you, or we’ll refund a charge that was already taken.
Refunds, returns, replacements and shipping are covered by our Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Digital products
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered or made available, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Donations
Donations to GameXPro are voluntary and non-refundable. They help us run servers, build features and keep the community going. They are not a purchase, are not pay-to-win, and do not entitle you to any product, service or advantage.
Intellectual property
The GameXPro name, logo, site design and original content are ours. Game titles, logos, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners — we’re an independent community and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those games or studios. Don’t copy or reuse our content, or others’, without permission.
Third-party services
Our Services rely on and link to third parties — including WordPress/WooCommerce, payment processors, Discord, Google, our host and Cloudflare. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, and not responsible for, the WordPress platform or its underlying security.
Accounts & sign-in
We don’t store passwords for public accounts. If we offer site sign-in, it’s through trusted third parties such as Discord or Google. You’re responsible for keeping your third-party accounts secure and for activity that happens through them.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep servers and the site running, but we can’t guarantee they’ll always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameXPro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services (including servers and community spaces) if you break these Terms or harm the community. You can stop using the Services at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our community and Services evolve. We’ll update the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Services means you accept the current Terms.
