// Community guidelines

No Harassment / Keep It Respectful
Discussions can be lively, but if you are being disgusting, excessively rude, or vulgar, we will ask you to tone it down. Repeated offenses may result in removal.
No Slander or Hate Speech
Spreading false information, hate speech, or slandering other members will result in immediate removal from the community.
Cheating is Not Tolerated
If you are caught cheating in any of our games or events, you will be permanently removed. Any support, donations, or purchases made will also be voided.
Ban Review Process
All bans are reviewed by our admins and officers to ensure fairness and compliance with community rules.
Community Ban: permanently removed from all GameXPro spaces.
Server Ban: banned from a specific server only, temporarily or permanently.

// Payments & refund policy

Do You Offer Refunds?
No, we do not issue refunds. As a small community we are unable to process refunds at this time. However, if you experience any issues with an order, we will work with you to resolve it as best we can.
What if My Item is Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement. Contact support with your order details and we'll get it sorted.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards and process payments through PayPal. Apparel/products on the website are processed via PayPal; Patreon merchandise/subscriptions go through Patreon's gateway. More vendors coming soon.
Do I Get Perks for Donating?
Yes and no. Donations do not provide gameplay advantages or benefits on our servers. Donors do receive community recognition, private discussions with admins/staff/devs, and a chance to contribute ideas for mods and server improvements.
