Discussions can be lively, but if you are being disgusting, excessively rude, or vulgar, we will ask you to tone it down. Repeated offenses may result in removal.
Spreading false information, hate speech, or slandering other members will result in immediate removal from the community.
If you are caught cheating in any of our games or events, you will be permanently removed from the community. Any support, donations, or purchases made will also be voided.
All bans are reviewed by our admins and officers to ensure fairness and compliance with community rules.
There are two types of bans in our community:
• Community Ban: You are permanently removed from all GameXPro spaces, including Discord and all game servers.
• Server Ban: You are banned only from a specific game server, either temporarily or permanently, but can still engage in other community spaces.
Payments & Refund Policy
We appreciate your support, and here’s what you need to know about payments, refunds, and perks:
No, we do not issue refunds. As a small community, we are unable to process refunds at this time. However, if you experience any issues with an order, we will work with you to resolve it as best as possible. We are always looking for better suppliers—if you have suggestions, feel free to let us know!
If your item arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement. Please contact support with your order details, and we’ll get it sorted out.
We accept credit cards and process payments through PayPal. Additional payment vendors will be added soon.
• If you purchase apparel or products through our website, payments are processed via PayPal.
• If you buy merchandise or subscriptions through Patreon, your payment is processed through Patreon’s own gateway.
Yes and no.
•Donations do not provide any gameplay advantages, special abilities, or benefits on our servers.
• However, donors receive recognition within the community, access to private discussions with admins, staff, and developers, and a chance to contribute ideas for mods, server improvements, or other enhancements.
